APOH Charity Adventure Fun Hunt 2017

Participants Terms & Conditions

1. Age Qualification
Participation is open to adults of any age and children must be above 5 years old, as at 31 December 2017.  Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and undertakes to indemnify the Organizer of all responsibilities on their children participating, as per the Waiver Clause as stated in the Registration Form.
Registration
- Maximum of 150 teams.
- No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registrations.
- Substitution is strictly NOT allowed. Please ensure to register for yourself.
- The decision of the Committee is final when accepting entries.

2. Registration Procedures
- There will be absolutely no refund on registration.
- Registration fees are non-transferable.
- Your registration is only valid upon payment of the event participation fees. You will be accorded with a Registration No. within a week upon  the submission of your registration. If you did not receive any Registration Number by the stipulated date, please inform the organizer via apoh.regform@gmail.com immediately.
- The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any entry without giving any prior reason.

3. Collection of T-shirts/Hunt Kit
Date: Saturday, 11th November 2017    Time: 12pm to 6pm    Venue: Da-Men Shopping Mall, USJ
- Participants are required to present the entry confirmation slip accompanied with personal identification (i.e. passport, NRIC or driving license) when collecting the Kit.

4. Participant’s Entitlement
Each successfully registered team will be entitled to t-shirts and meal vouchers.
- Promotions, goodie bags shall be made available at the sole discretion of the Organizer subject to the availability of other corporate sponsors.

5. Closing Date for Entry
Closing date for entry is 10th October 2017 or when the limit of participants is reached.
- The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or amend the Closing Date for Entry at its full discretion.

6. Draw Prize
All participants who complete their hunt will have an opportunity to win an attractive prize from a sponsor subject to the rules regulated by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

7. On-Site Event Day Regulations
This is a Walk-A-Hunt event and no running is allowed in the Shopping Mall. Participants shall adhere with the entire rules, regulation and directive given by the Organizer and its appointed and designated Official Crews, Secretariat, Race Marshals, Medic Officers at all times while on/within the event site at all time. This is to ensure smooth traffic and crowd management.
- Participants are to strictly abide by the rules, regulation and directive given by the Race Marshals and Medic Crew during the race.
- Any decision made of the Race Marshals and/or Medic Officers are indisputable and absolute.

8. Medical Advise
As a precaution, all participants are advised to undergo a check-up one month prior to the date of the event and ensure that they are fit for the Hunt.
